Shooting Music Vid

Everybody knows multitasking is part of my day to day life and Jilted is based around everything im interested in!
This vid has nothing to do with Jilted but I was asked to do it, read the treatment and instantly knew I was in!

I think these pictures give too much away as it is so im gonna leave it
until the vid is released in the next 2 months for you to find out who the band is!
….In 2011 the band was nominated for Best British newcomer at the Kerrang awards
and won Ourzone magazines best British newcomer.

UPDATE….

Driving back on the motorway I let slip to the lads about my band (Baby Killer),
I sang a couple tunes and we all agreed I was amazing and we definitely needed to work together!

No date is yet set for the single release but it will be towards the end of this year, GOOD TIMES!

To me no tattoo is more of a statement than one on your face!
Your neck and head are obviously just as visible but your faces has a different meaning!

To me it has a ‘this is me’ meaning behind it, a meaning that you cannot hide and are 100% happy to advertise!

When asked the meaning of the word Jilted his words were….
“Jilted means having the ability to go through life and fight through every challenge that is thrown at you!”

Thats not the meaning that the dictionary will tell you but when referring to our
Jilted Royalty way of life, I COULDN’T OF PUT IT BETTER MYSELF! (Along with 20 other meanings!)

You know what they say about first impressions, gotta keep them eyebrows under control!
Having all my greys tended to then heading down to London, got an early flight to catch.

5AM scurrying through the airport, still got 2 hours until we take off yet for some reason were rushing?!

EVERYONES WEARING THERMALS, YOU’D THINK IT WAS WINTER OR SOMETHING!
….Some of us like to chill! (literally!)

Taxi straight to BBB to see my people, Black Scale!

Was only there an hour but seen many ‘familia‘ faces!
(As usual I forgot to take any pics, minds elsewhere!)

Words that ‘RATS’ dont understand ….LOYALTY + FAMILY!

Leaving BBB we headed over to Bright for a mooch and to set the stand up.

Vin’s (Jilted Manager) flight landed few hours later, he arrives baring gifts from NY!

Jumped on the GSXR and went over to meet the lads for dinner!

Jilted – Crooks And Castles – Famous – DTA – Rogue Status …. FAMILY BUSINESS!

After dinner we all headed back to the hotel to relax and talk things over,
within no time I think we all realised we were on the same page and with that, the deal was made!
What deal im talking about is irrelevant, for now lets just say that
this trip has been life changing for everybody involved ….LITERALLY!

Went to the show for a few hours then flew back to London about 5PM.

Little bit of snow and the place is gridlocked!

English retards, a bit of flake and everyone goes off their heads! NOT IMPRESSED!

Arrived back to a delivery of some Jilted samples, at least 1 good thing about being home!

Ill be working with Jilted at Boutique Frash trade show next week in Sweden.
GOOD TIMES, and obviously another perfect reason to get away from this s**thole!

2013 ….GET READY!!!!

NYE Amsterdam

Flew to Amsterdam chillin, all chuffed ready to see the lads again!

(Seat 1A obviously)

Nghia promised me he was gonna pick me up from the airport in a pink limo
with mirror tinted windows, a boomerang aerial the full works!

BUT INSTEAD I WAS GREETED BY THIS….

….Its cool though all’s forgiven, ya know I keep it real!

Dropped my case off and headed to Dam Square to a Jilted shoot with Team Wayta.

(My nipples were stiff!)

Survived the lethal slippery roof, minus zero temperature and Dam Square rocket attacks!

1st time iv shown anything from the coming Jilted Spring 13 drop. (Death Squad Socks)

Shoot finished, quick shower and headed out for NYE at Supa Club!
(In the rain and on the moped ….of course!)

Billy flew who over from California for NYE, ALL OF US SMASHED! ….Good Times!

Next day met for dinner, this blokes the best meat salesman in the city,
should be working in the red light he’d be loaded, a wasted tallent!!!!

1 drink lead to 2, 2 lead to 10 and I didn’t turn up for my flight home!

Vin’s never off duty, on holiday in NY still booked me a new flight,
thats tomorrow, this is tonight, now….IS PARTY TIME!!!!

2am back at the hotel dreading getting up early morning!

Got to the airport late, waited in a big que with trendy cats like these pair!
(I thought it was Italy thats the fashion capital!?)

Guess what? YUP! ….Missed my flight! ha

Went and got a new flight but didn’t take off for another 10hours,
I knew EXACTLY what i needed!

LIKE I ALWAYS SAY, IF YOU WANT SOMETHING THAT BAD,
YOU WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TILL YOU GET IT!!!!

(An thats just what i did! Cost me €150 an she left me sleeping there for 4hours, BARGAIN!ha)

Edesse EP release

You may recognise Shiest Dee for a couple different reasons….
either from his globally recognised ROUGHNECK Jilted tattoo,
he’s a well known pro freestyle skier and X-games winner,
or for being front man of Swiss metalcore band Edesse.

Myself and Dee have been as close as brothers for a few years now.
In this time iv watched his life move in a few different directions,
with his court case now over he can finally leave the country and continue his skiing carear.

Over the past year while stuck in Switzerland Dee has been working hard with his band Edesse,
now finally all the hard work has paid off and they release their 1st EP January 12th!

I’ll be flying to Zurich and travelling with Dee to the launch party in Vevey.

Example Starts Wars in Sydney!

At the end of last month Example played to over 60,000 people at the Stereosonic festival in Sydney.

KILLING IT AS ALWAYS IN BOTH HIS PERFORMANCE AND HIS DRESS SENSE!

Elliot has been part of the Jilted Family since the beginning and always represents for his people!

A SWEET LESSON ON PATIENCE.

A NYC Taxi driver wrote:

I arrived at the address and honked the horn. After waiting a few minutes I honked again. Since this was going to be my last ride of my shift I thought about just driving away, but instead I put the car in park and walked up to the door and knocked.. ‘Just a minute’, answered a frail, elderly voice. I could hear something being dragged across the floor.

After a long pause, the door opened. A small woman in her 90′s stood before me. She was wearing a print dress and a pillbox hat with a veil pinned on it, like somebody out of a 1940′s movie.
By her side was a small nylon suitcase. The apartment looked as if no one had lived in it for years. All the furniture was covered with sheets. There were no clocks on the walls, no knickknacks or utensils on the counters. In the corner was a cardboard
box filled with photos and glassware.

“Would you carry my bag out to the car?” she said. I took the suitcase to the cab, then returned to assist the woman. She took my arm and we walked slowly toward the curb. She kept thanking me for my kindness.
“It’s nothing”, I told her.. “I just try to treat my passengers the way I would want my mother to be treated”. “Oh, you’re such a good boy”, she said. When we got in the cab,
she gave me an address and then asked, “Could you drive
through downtown”?
“It’s not the shortest way”, I answered quickly..
“Oh, I don’t mind”, she said. “I’m in no hurry. I’m on my way to a hospice”.I looked in the rear-view mirror. Her eyes were glistening. “I don’t have any family left”, she continued in a soft voice. “The doctor says I don’t have very long”. I quietly reached over and shut off the meter.
“What route would you like me to take”? I asked.For the next two hours, we drove through the city. She showed me the building where she had once worked as an elevator operator.
We drove through the neighborhood where she and her husband had lived when they were newlyweds She had me pull up in front of a furniture warehouse that had once been a ballroom where she had gone dancing as a girl.
Sometimes she’d ask me to slow in front of a particular building or corner and would sit staring into the darkness, saying nothing.As the first hint of sun was creasing the horizon, she suddenly said, “I’m tired.Let’s go now”.
We drove in silence to the address she had given me. It was a low building, like a small convalescent home, with a driveway that passed under a portico.Two orderlies came out to the cab as soon as we pulled up. They were solicitous and intent, watching her every move. They must have been expecting her.
I opened the trunk and took the small suitcase to the door. The woman was already seated in a wheelchair.”How much do I owe you?” She asked, reaching into her purse.
“Nothing”, I said. ”You have to make a living”, she answered.
“There are other passengers”, I responded.
Almost without thinking, I bent and gave her a hug.She held onto me tightly.
“You gave an old woman a little moment of joy”, she said. “Thank you”.
I squeezed her hand, and then walked into the dim morning light.. Behind me, a door shut. It was the sound of the closing of a life..

I didn’t pick up any more passengers that shift. I drove aimlessly lost in thought. For the rest of that day,I could hardly talk.What if that woman had gotten an angry driver,or one who was impatient to end his shift? What if I had refused to take the run, or had honked once, then driven away?

On a quick review, I don’t think that I have done anything more important in my life.

We’re conditioned to think that our lives revolve around great moments.
But great moments often catch us unaware-beautifully wrapped in what others may consider a small one.

THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHY I LIVE THE WAY I DO!

MY THOUGHTS IN RELATION TO THIS STORY:

Your only here once so enjoy it while you can, I can imagine lying knowing im about to die and regretting things that i DIDNT do, but by then it is too late and cannot be changed!
Same as I know death is creeping up on me rite this second and that is why I DO NOT STOP, we are dying from the moment we take our first breath, its just a matter of how long your death will take!
REGRET NOTHING AND DO EVERYTHING… Before its too late!

THE TAXI DIVER =
In life you should show respect to everyone and treat them as you would like to be treated
….Until they do something to deserve otherwise!
The smallest gesture from 1 person, can seem like the biggest to another!
If somebody needs something more than you do, give it them! ….You will be rewarded in other ways!

Went to catch up with Elliot, Rue, Micky Slim and the lads couple weeks ago in Birmingham.

Elliot representing as always, JILTED FAMILY!

He’d just finished a gig in London then drove to Birmingham for this gig,
then the morning after he was flying back to his second home for a few months, Australia.
NEVER STOPS WORKING, JUST LIKE ME!
